Challenge

Scheduling meetings often involves a tedious back-and-forth of emails to find a suitable time. The client needed a seamless solution integrated directly into their existing workflow (Gmail) to eliminate this friction and prevent double-booking.

Solution

As the Lead Developer, I architected and built the entire backend infrastructure for Timesuit. The solution consisted of two main components:

• Gmail Plugin: Created a browser extension that allowed users to select available time slots directly within their email composition window.
• Intelligent Scheduling Engine: Developed a backend system that generated unique booking links for recipients.
• Calendar Synchronization: Implemented robust two-way synchronization with Google Calendar to automatically block off booked times and prevent conflicts.

Result

The tool significantly reduced the time required to schedule meetings. By integrating directly into Gmail and automating calendar management, it provided a fluid user experience that increased productivity for professionals.
