A founder's idea, built into a multi-tenant SaaS that replaces cosmetic manufacturers' Excel cost sheets with live pricing and margins at any volume.
Cosmetic manufacturers price their formulas in sprawling Excel sheets: raw materials, packaging, labour and margin, recalculated by hand for every production volume a customer asks about. One stale vendor price or broken formula and a quote quietly loses money. The founder of SleekFlowLabs knew this world and wanted to turn it into a SaaS product sold to manufacturers.
We built it from the idea to launch. At its core is a formula builder that works like a bill of materials: every formula rolls up current prices from a shared raw material library, so a vendor price change flows into every estimate. A volume pricing engine works out cost per unit, overhead and margin across production volumes, shown as an economies-of-scale curve and a profitability matrix. Formulas are versioned with locked snapshots, so the numbers behind a past quote never shift.
Around that sit Excel import with data mapping for existing material lists, automated quote requests to suppliers, ERP sync, and isolated organisations for each manufacturer with roles and two-factor authentication.
The founder took it to market as a commercial product. Manufacturers price any formula at any volume from current material costs instead of rebuilding a spreadsheet.
