Challenge

Restaurants selling through Wolt, Just Eat and Foodora pay high commissions and never own the relationship with their customers. Orders arrive on separate tablets, and loyalty, analytics and delivery each live in a different tool.

Solution

HeapsGo is a multi-tenant platform that gives each restaurant its own branded webshop, mobile app and self-order kiosks, connected to its POS. Third-party orders land in one stream next to direct ones, with loyalty programs, QR ordering, analytics and fleet management on top.

We worked on it alongside the client's other developers. Our part was the backend and API, payments and the staff dashboard.

Result

One of the largest and most complex products we have worked on, with a lot of restaurants running on it every day. HeapsGo was later acquired.
